Welcome to Moishe House Warsaw!
We started to run the Moishe House 15th December 2008. We are four girls and we live in the center of the center of Warsaw. Our house is always open to young Jews from whole word. We do our best to create something entirely new. Something different from all it is know since now in the Jewish life of Warsaw and Poland. Come and see how we change the meaning and the function of the word community in the fresh way.
At our house you can: celebrate Shabbat and the holidays here, learn to belly dance, eat fusion food, meet famous people from all areas of life, watch movies from all around the word, discuss vibrant subjects, listen to the interesting music, exchange your clothes, have beauty evenings, and go to some interesting places together.
For us the most exciting prospect associated with the presence in Moishe House is the possibility to contribute your skills to the life of the group in order to create a really unique and exceptional place on earth.
The couple of years of ours personal contribution to creating a Jewish community in Poland has taught us that the worst thing for its development, is when a gap emerges between the expectations of the potential participants and what the organization has to offer. We are young Jews living inside the community of polish Jews. We know the expectations of the people similar to us. and are open to share and put into reality new ideas from the community.
