Vice Chair New York, NY
What inspires you to serve on the Moishe House Board of Directors?
There are a number of transition points in Jewish life during which it’s easy to fall off the path. Graduating from college, moving, starting a job and beginning a new life is the most obvious one. At a time when young adults are seeking community, it’s inspiring that Moishe House offers them opportunities for meaningful engagement with their peers. Moishe House enables them to curate their own experiences and continue on their independent and vibrant Jewish journeys.
Past/Present Leadership Positions:
Served as the Board Chair of Hillel International, Chair of the executive committee of Hillel International’s Board of Directors, Chair of the Caring Commission. Served on the boards of UJA-Federation of New York, Columbia/Barnard Hillel, and the Jewish Funders Network(JFN) amongst other organizations.
