Will Jarvis serves as the Associate Director, MHWOW, where he aims to draw on his profound passion for enriching the lives of young Jewish professionals by facilitating meaningful connections and opportunities for growth.

Originally from London, UK, he embarked on his Jewish professional journey at Beber Camp in the Music Department in 2013. With a focus on crafting unforgettable experiences for campers and staff, his work laid the foundation for his deep commitment to community building. Love brought him across the Atlantic, leading to a full-time position at Beber Camp as the Director of Operations in 2020. In this role, Will led his operational team with a culture based on radical candor and gratitude, fostering a supportive and effective work environment.

Now residing in Lincoln Park, Chicago, Will enjoys life as a devoted dog dad to Alfie and Reuben, embracing the joys and responsibilities that come with pet parenthood. Music remains a central theme in Will’s life, fueling his creativity and serving as a constant source of inspiration both personally and professionally.
