Yolanda Santoyo

Yolanda is the Accounting Director for Moishe House. Prior to MH, she worked as an Accounting Manager for a private Montessori Elementary School on the north side of Chicago and contributed to other HR responsibilities. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting concentration) and with over 30 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector,  Yolanda has developed skills crucial for financial management and organizational growth.

Outside of work, Yolanda is actively involved in leadership roles at her local church on the south side of Chicago, focusing on community outreach and spiritual growth. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Latino studies / Ministry and Leadership, aiming to deepen her understanding and leadership skills in this cultural and religious context. These experiences have shaped Yolanda’s diverse skill set and broad perspective, influencing both her professional journey and personal growth.
