A SWEET MESSAGE FROM MOISHE HOUSE

Moishe House communities around the world are preparing to welcome 5784! Many of our community builders worked with our team of Jewish Life Specialists (JLSs), to help them explore different ways to observe and make meaning of Rosh Hashanah. Community builders have access to their JLS throughout the year and get programming ideas, learning opportunities and inspiration to develop programs that make Jewish ritual accessible, relatable, and compelling for their communities.

This year, at Moishe House NYC – Harlem in North America, residents are hosting an evening of meditation and self-reflection to foster a profound sense of purpose as we step into the new year. In Europe, Moishe Pod Belgrade is orchestrating a Reverse Tashlich waterfront cleanup, blending the spiritual reflection and renewal of Tashlich with the tangible act of environmental conservation.

Rosh Hashanah signifies a time of renewal and optimism. As we enter into the new year, we’re happy to share some ways to feel grounded and encouraged in goodness and sweetness from Caleb Brommer, one of our Jewish Life Specialists.

L’Shana Tova!
