Self-care, work-life balance, personal ecology — there are so many good phrases to describe the thing we are all doing poorly. Me especially. I was terrible at taking care of myself and not working myself into a total burnout. But through a lot of little resources, activities, new practices, and self-reflection, I’ve gotten a bit better at it. I actually walk away from my desk at a normal time!
