    4. Host a virtual fundraiser to raise money for an organization that can no longer support in-person volunteers, but still needs financial support
    5. Set up regular virtual visits with isolated people, such as folks in a nursing home or community members that live alone
    6. Donate to local food banks and pantries
    7. Support small businesses, especially those impacted by racism and stigmatization
    8. Support sustainability by starting your own windowsill garden and encouraging others to do the same!
    9. Support independent artists – buy their art or invite them to do a virtual teach-in and pay them for it
    10. Volunteer your teaching skills to support home school parents and/or make kits with educational resources for children and families during this time of school closures
    11. Stay in touch with vulnerable friends and family (don’t forget to check in on your extrovert friends and family who rely on human connection!)
    12. Give recognition to everyone who’s working in the frontline of this crisis – join the daily round of applause in your city, highlight community members working on the frontline on your social media (with their permission!)
